    Forget the pricey ones these work just as good and for a great price. I’ve seen these also around at some of my local stores where they use them also.

    The main reason is that it's sound of the recorded message is not clear; however the printed words on the phone, as well as on the base are VERY small, which is not user friendly. We are "stuck with the purchase but would not recommend it, even though the color makes it easy to find when needed.
