The handset on the main base has not been working. A lot of times, I have to open the battery compartment to remove and put the battery back and place it on the base to charge. Unfortunately, when next I want to use it, it is the same old story. When a call is coming in, it will be ringing, but I will not be able to answer the in coming call. Because only the small one that is working right, I have to run to the bedroom to answer calls. It is a waste of money.

I thought it would be the V-tech quality I was familiar with, but it's not. It's extremely lightweight, doesn't even feel firm. The sound quality is tinny, If I'd paid attention I would have returned it, but too late now. I wouldn't recommend this particular model...V-Tech does make a good product, but this isn't it.

But over the last couple of days I have noticed when I push the buttons to play back messages I have to push the buttons several times, not sure if this is weird or the beginning of a trend.
