It was a complete waste of time and money. It worked for two days and then would not charge. I kept it on the base for two days and it never charged. I checked the connections and I put it back together again and nothing. I ended up taking the battery from the new phone and putting it in my old phone and now my old phone works like new.

These will not announce the name of the person calling and they do ring loud. But there is not a low volume setting to the ring the lowest it goes is still very loud. Also if the phone line stayed open it does not make an alert tone to inform you. Basically I wish I would have replaced them with what I had before. Plus because they are red his mother claims she can’t see the numbers

They were also having a difficult time hearing me. The phone itself was of very poor quality. Could not set up answering machine. The directions were a bit sketchy. I have owned V-tech phone previously and have been very satisfied.

Great color, poor quality

Disappointing for a V-tech

I got the phone, set-up was pretty easy, and it looked nice, but I've had to change the time everyday because it won't give me the exact ET zone, so now I'm a little upset but don't have time to send back or continue to update.
