Since when?? I bought the tv and was told the credit was in there whenever I wanted to use it What bs telling this to my husband I want someone to tell me why we are unable to use this supposed credit that we were given

The base unit won't play any recorded messages, they can only be heard through the handset. And now the recorded messages are so clipped and muffled that they are unintelligible. A complete waste of time and money.

This phone is NOT worth the time and energy! Need to buy a new one... AGAIN!

Takes me 5 or 6 tries to get to the messages, and even then I don't know what worked to get there. There must be an easier one to use????

One handset not working

Would not recommend. The price was on the high end and I would have returned it with my replacement plan if my daughters bunny had not eaten the cords before I was able to return it.

It is VERY, VERY difficult to use because of this. I would not recommend it for anyone over 30 years old who has not had numerous classes and/or much experience in setting up technology.
