One time the base phone was not charging, I had to take it apart and reset everything. If you answered the base phone it would drop the call saying that you were too far from the base, when you were only 5 feet away.

Called my phone company, and after several test were completed...it was discovered that the phone was not working. Tried to return it, but it was beyond 15 days, and was told to contact vtech.

Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. I tried even resetting everything with Xfinity, but hasn't helped. I do not recommend this device.
