I bought this because my other Panasonic phone stopped working after 4 years. I liked the red color too. But talking on this phone is a nightmare. I am constantly hanging up on people because my cheek hits the off button. I am returning in at once. Its not comfortable to use because of this poor design. I have to hold it off my face. Forget about holding it for a second with your shoulder if your hands are busy- instant hang up!

Sound quality could be better. Short battery life too.

I was not able to change the brightness of the headset screen. The worst part that its too late to return, this phone was a Christmas gift and I made this purchase in advance.
