The seven button on the keypad quit almost right away after I bought the phone.best buy did easily and hassle free exchange it for this red model I am reviewing now,... Which so far works great.

When conversation first starts it is fine. If you are on the phone longer than a minute it roar, crackle and so much static you cannot hear anything.

You can store a good amount of contacts. Shows you the date and time. You have options on ring tones. There's a button to press to find the phone if you misplaced it.

Conversations can be heard and understood well even by one with significant hearing loss! Easy to set up and simple to use. I did NOT want an answering machine because messages recorded on my old cord free phone never could be understood!
