Over all the phone is excellent. Small and convenient to handle. Clarity is very important to me and the sound quality is great It's light weight and the sleek design I like. Wish there was more colors to choose from to match my decor but everything else out weighs that

i cannot use all of the features because i don't have all of the services on my phone contract, but i am very satisfied with the phone per se plus its capabilities for expansion. it is lightweight, easy to operate, etc. i bought it because my oldest landline phone died recently (not the battery) and because your CEO was kind enough to offer me a gift card that covered about half the price. my landline is still my primary phone because i screen incoming calls; this is not possible with voicemail, which only provides you with a phone number, not the identity of the actual caller). it's a pretty phone as well. i am sure my mother, who loves the color red, will be envious when she sees it :)

Not a stellar list of features but calls are clear. Positioning of the earpiece may affect volume. Expandable system is good value for money when on a budget.

I found this telephone to be an ideal replacement for my previous name brand telephone/answering machine. The bright red color of this phone helps it stand out among the clutter in my home...making retreival a cinch when it rings. The basic features and low cost made this an easy choice and after several months of use...I beleive I chose well. Sound quality is excellent and battery life allows for lengthy conversations without interruption.

I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money for something I wasn't going to be using, a whole lot. I'm sure glad I found this little headset. It's a nice phone. There are a lot of little extras for the money so I'm a happy camper.

My other phones ringer stopped working and I switched cable from Cox to Direct TV. I would rely on the caller Id on the TV with cox for calls. Don't have that with Direct and I needed a phone that would ring. Its clear no static.

is easy to use and for $25 u can't ask for a better product This is like my 5 one I think or more because my kid broke it or it fell in water but I go back and get the same one that tells u can't live I with out

I originally bought this phone for my mom who was in a nursing home, and could not navigate the phone there. Unfortunately, it did not work with the facility's phone system. For almost a year, my current cordless phone has been losing battery power after only about 10 minutes on the phone, so decided to switch this one out for that one. I have had good luck with it - battery lasts, and works fine for the price - I think I paid $20. Also like the red color. Only minor thing I would say is that the base is a little small - sometimes it teeters a bit. However, not a big issue.

I bought this phone for my elderly parents after returning a less expensive VTech that had problems with volume control. This phone has many features, is easy to set up, and has a very good speaker phone.

This phone works great, Is also nice with the caller ID feature, I can see who is calling before I answer it, It also seems to have good reception, I can bring it outside,

Loud and clear, receives all the way to the third floor outside, shows numbers for Caller ID, redial, and address book, loud clear speakerphone, finder, small and lightweight, goes for days without recharging, but must be hung up and recharged in its own cradle. Not compatible with the other vTech Dect 6.0 in the house. Easy on the table, but not so easy to mount on the wall. Run and buy one while the price is still so tiny.

buttons are slightly rounded which makes it a little difficult at first but fine phone, sound, size and function.

I bought this phone for my husband's aunt. Phone is easy to use and very economical. Very good for an older person who needs to keep a phone with them.
