Vtech digital telephone/answering system-fantastic

The product is great and it was only about $50. The screen on the base is large with large size font so everything (date & time and number of messages) can be easily read. The ring volume is easily adjustable from both the base and handset. The base also has very large number buttons. You can also buy additional handsets seperately to add to the system. This is a great deal!

Gets the job done

The cons about this phone are the short phone cord (had to go out and buy a longer one) and I am a bit worried that the plastic piece that holds up the phone is flimsy and could break in the future.

Works good... For a short time

After about 2 months the phone keypad began having issues. You could push the buttons but it would not register with either the base or the remote handsets. It was at our business so I ran out and bought another set just like it so the employees would be familiar with it. Hooked up the new one. Works great... for about an hour and a half. Now all static and we can here the caller but they can't here us! Won't buy another and suggest you don't either!

My wife decided she wanted something as a back up in case of an emergency. Good thing it works without any power so definitely something good in case of a storm..
