I like the speaker phone very much, as I bought it to replace an AT&T speaker phone that was completely worthless. The AT&T phone transposed phone numbers when I called out. This VTech phone is attractive and appears to be of solid construction. The reception is good, even on the cordless phone. I'm impressed.

Bought this for my aunt and she loves it . Easy for her to use and see.

I wish they would have specified on the box that it was a desk top only. I thought I could hang it on the wall to cover my jack box. They should specify size and wall covering ability on the box. None of the phones in best buy stated this on the box.

I bought the phone to replace my very old AT&T console, which had a very good speakerphone. In my use to date, the speakerphone has very good sound quality, and other aspects of the unit work well, BUT there is a bit of a hesitation after pressing the number keys, especially at the start. This means that very often I am not sure how many numbers I have pressed, or I might misdial or press an extra number. I find this to be a royal pain. I checked the manual to see if the key sensitivity could be reset, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Despite the fact that this issue may seem to be a minor one, it is annoying enough that I would not buy this phone again.

This a good phone system that has both a corded and wireless handset. It works well for my Dad who is 88. There is a volume control that allows me to increase the volume so that he can hear it

This is a nice phone but, I don't get all of the features available for this phone. I don't get caller ID or able to use some of the features. I should have looked further or other stores.

I purchase this phone as I had previously owned another VTech phone and liked that phone. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I would purchase this product again.

We were looking for a basic phone to be used for conference calls and came across this model. Gave it a try and am pleased with how well it works for us.

It is hard to find answering machines in this cell phone day and age. But this phone delivers. It has a large capacity message area, and is perfect for us oldsters that still prefer a land line.

takes the place of an old phone, And works just like the old one. I like it for that reason. Also, both the base and the hand held have speakers which my old one did not.

After I purchased the item, a kind young lady in customer service Vallejo showed me the parts and how to use it. . I have made another purchase recently at Best Buy Vallejo. Keith has been very helpful.
