Fair sound quality

Although the same model as the base phone, the sound was not as loud and as clear as my original phone. So, overall, the quality was ok, but not great. The handset itself is comfortable to handle and buttons are user friendly. I just wish the sound was better.

Terrible choice

They are not - somebody goofed. Best Buy does not even carry the correct compatible phone. The return was painless and hassle-free.
