Good Quality for the Price

Saving phone numbers to the directory took a bit to figure out. If you try to call back a number that requires a 1, you need to manually enter the 1 as it doesn't display on the caller ID and therefore the phone won't dial it.

I have had no trouble with connection or battery what so ever. Sinse the day I bought it and plugged it in...it's worked like a charm!

Only one minor issue with how slow it scrolls your list of contacts in the phone directory. Other than that this phone functions great. The speakers are very clear. If you're in a room with loud running equipment you may have a little trouble hearing.
