Purchased this product as it is easy to see keyboard and screen. I need to read manual to review steps on how to check messages, check missed calls, how to return calls via missed calls, save numbers, etc.

Easy to read screen, the number pad lights up which is a plus day or night. I like the digital voicemail and the additional handset with it's own charging base. Much more convenient.

I had to exchange another phone for this one, This one works perfectly. Easy to set up and no problems with static or the battery.

The phone is good quality over all. The caller id function is kind of funky. You have to push the caller id button twice and then up once in order to see the last caller.

I had a vTech phone very similar to this one and it lasted almost 10 years. This is the newer slimmer model. Attractive and easy to set up.

Got this phone for my grandmother since her old model is not working very well. She loves this one because on the ring tone, big numbers and the speakers are strong.

A great phone for the price. Caller ID is easy to see and the phone has a good reception range. The sound is muffled at times and set up of answering was a bit cumbersome. Overall, great value for the price.

Great value for what it is. Easy set up, just not a fan of the type of battery that it comes with. They usually don't work well when you have to replace it.
