undetermined buzzing on phone line

The phone company can't seem to find anything wrong with the line but when I am using these phones I get static and sounds as if someone is using my line. I like that they are compatible with the other VTech phones in my home. I didn't have this problem with the line until after I purchased these phones so I'm not sure. I am uncertain if I should recommend them since I don't know if my issue is with the phone or the line.

Problems in reception; not clear.

After multiple tries I have still not been able to program completely; instructions are not clearly written. Previous phone was by same manufacturer and lasted almost 10 years. Doubt if this would last more than two years. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
