My only complaint about this phone is that it constantly shows I have a voicemail when there really isn't one. I have to go into the settings and clear the voicemail indicator a few times a day if I don't want to see the erroneous message.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE PHONES AND I LIKE THEM I ENJOY USING THE PHONE AND THE SECOND PHONE I KEEP IN THE BATHROOM SO I CAN USE IT ANY TIME I WANT I NEVER USED VTECH PHONE BEFORE BUT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

I needed a new phone and the prices were a little crazy but this one was the best value and works perfectly.

good price, good quality, works just fine for home use. nothing bad so far.

Perfect little phone system that has 2 handsets and answering machine, Backlighting technology works great in dark.

I bought this for my (somewhat technologically challenged) mom and she was able to use it out of the box without any coaching or practice. We only used one of the handsets but for a bigger household it would be great to have the extras.

We are enjoying our cordless phone. The intercom feature is excellent.

I appreciate this phone over my old one. when and if someone doesnot leave a message then the phone does not give me a hand up message. I am still reading the instruction booklet which is very detail. I would lighly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a good looking and working phone for home.

Much needed in this house of teenagers. Very sturdy and works really well.

If you keep a landline phone for emergency reasons or comfort level, this one does well. Voice on recordings is a bit tinny but it screens calls for us just like the old one did and that's what we needed!

I've had phones by VTech in the past and had no problem with them. They are reliable and easy to use.

Do not purchase products from V-Tech. The phone I purchased came with a DOA handset. After completing all the recommended troubleshooting steps, I called their support line. After completing all the troubleshooting steps again, they told me that they would send me a replacement handset along with a return label for the defective unit. The replacement handset never arrived. When I called back they told me that the support rep was mistaken and they couldn't send me out a replacement. By this time it was passed the 30-day return period through BestBuy -- so now I'm stuck with a phone that I paid for that doesn't work.

Great phone, glad to get at a discount. Couldn't find elsewhere.

Overall a good product, I wish I could turn off the ringer for one of the handsets but when you turn it off nether phone rings.
