Pro: My wife and I have both been very satisfied with this phone system. Great for us seniors (94 & 95). No cons.

A little confusing to set up because this model has the smart call blocker but overall quite satisfied

I am very pleased with the VTech cordless phone. I am not a cell phone user and really like this phone for my home. It is compact, and with the two hand sets I can go anywhere in the house or outside. Good sound quality and overall very pleased with the product.

My main goal was to make sure we could hear on each phone and we can hear very well.... I do like the huge screens, Also have the option to use the voice mail... we have our own.

Works like it should It will take a little while to feel comfortable with it It will have a learning curve

This new phone is definitely a lot better than our old phone. It has more features, including the robo call blocker and more. Highly recommended to others who are thinking about replacing their landline telephone.

It has two lines, but I only use one. It works better than I had expected. Great value. I have tried several others, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest.

This is about as good as it gets for 2 lines for a business. Meaning there are few options available in this tech environment. Reasonable price - good reception. Win - win.

Exactly what I was looking for. You can plug in a headset and had great quality when using it.

Easy to install. This is our 3rd set, though. It would be great if we can just replace the handset when they don't function properly due to wear and tear, and not the have to by the whole set with the base.

A great 2-line replacement phone set up. Past phone died after a decade, and searched for a replacement. The VTech had all the features, wasn't sure about the brand, but checked it our in the store and it was well built. Been using it everyday as my office phone and works like a charm

Very comfortable to use and the quality is excellent compared to my ast phones

Love the One touch Speed Dial. Now only if the Blocking of those annoying scam likely calls were so easy as one touch block would be heaven. Another thing to keep in mind is that it will only block up to 100 numbers, not much if you consider how they always quickly change numbers.

The phone's basic functions work as they should. I have not set up the answering machine due to a online version I already have. The biggest gripe I have with the phones is that I wanted to add another phone to the system and they have none ANYWHERE! I bought this system for my office to be able to expand and now I cannot. I can't even use any other VTech phone with this base. Disappointed with lack of expandability but it functions for a basic phone.

I should have read more about phone before purchase, it has two lines which is not needed and no matter how I turn volume down its still very loud
