    I have had vtec phones before and they work great. The base phone needs electricity and a phone jack. The other phone(s) only need electricity. Clear audio and good speech capabilities. Battery can be replaced when it dies but they last for years.

    My wife has her own store and because she moves around within the store we needed multiple handsets, but the feature that sold her on this was the ability to sync the Vtech system with her cell phone so she could answer land line and cell phone with one handset.
