Purchased the VTECH DS6621-2 to take to our rented condo in Florida. Connected it to our Bright House cable modem/router/phone combo for phone service. Have used VTECH phones for years and am very satisified with them.

I bought this cordless phone set because I liked the design and shape of it.It also is very functional and works great!

Seems to be good works good for the most part, Gave it a 4 because the speaker phone volume could be much louder.

I had to call VTech support to sync the headset with the phone but that is a product instruction issue. The first headset didn’t work and BB replaced it and now everything works great.

I blocked a phone number by mistake and later deleted the block list. I tried to reset the phone by removing the batteries and unplugging the base units. All data was retained. I called technical support to do a factory reset as a way to unblock the number. The phone does not allow factory resets. Even if a block list is not deleted, there is no way to unblock a number blocked by mistake.

After my research, I came across these and purchased them for my grandparents. The dial numbers are easy to read and are accessible.

Using for vonage and serves purpose. Needs adapter to connect to ethernet directly, wish it came with phone.

Had a difficult time working through the menus which is why I gave 4 stars, but overall works as expected

it didnt work in my landline for some reason. And never show a name when someone calling even its in phonebook

This is a good phone w/nice features except the cellphone interface. When you use the V-Tech handset for calls that come in via your cellphone it makes you sound like you are an artificial computerized voice. It's so bad I cannot use it for cellphone calls. Too bad, as that is half the reason I bought it.

This Digital Answering System works as advertised. We also like how it connects to a designated cell phone. And the 2nd remote unit is kept in a separate room that makes access easy for answering the phone.

A standard landline with nothing special to make it stand out. Kind of bulky and cuts out often. Would not recommend.

I'm very happy with this phone. I only need two headsets and it came with an answering machine as part of the 'main station'. The phone lights up blue when you use it, making it easy to see everything.

This is something that is great for my parents who do t know how to work their phones the best!

When the phone is on speaker or long distances it has sight of a muffle but other than that it’s great

I am satisfied with the phone. One of the hand held I cannot call out with,but overall I am okay with the phone.

Good phones they work when turned on and great for hanging up on people

Really like the phone but the batteries on the phones drain too quick even if u don't use it :(

Only problem is that both phones was set to the same ringer and they both still ring different.

Purchased unit based on package saying that a cell phone could be picked up and answered with the hand unit. When a cell phone call is received, the handset rings to acknowledge the call, but the hand set could not be used to answer. The cell phone has to be used to answer the call. The set seems to be working well otherwise, and I will do further work to get it properly set up.
