    overall this is a good phone, I either haven't figured it out yet or this phone does not have caller ID, besides showing the number, I prefer it announcing who is calling, so I don't have to look at the phone to decide if I want to answer.

    Not what i expected. Fairly good product and easy to use, but does have some backround white noise on occasion. Would definately have given 4 stars if noise didnt exist. Would recommend due to ease of use.
