Not bad. Purchase for my mom. She uses the headset as work at him status. This her 2nd one ever since these came out she liked it. 2nd one due headset wear and tear for many years

Wireless earphone comes in handy when you're trying to get customer service (not at Best Buy) and you keep being put on hold. Just sit there and out wait them! Easy to set up, connects to your cell. Can't ask for much more in a phone.

This phone is pretty good. Haven't really had any trouble with it. Use it mostly for the answering machine.

This is a Great Phone for Home and someone that works from Home, The headset is so great when your talking. It sounds so clear.

I bought this for my desk at work to replace another junk-Vtech, hoping I could find a phone system with an ear piece and cordless phone (I looked everywhere, this was the ONLY one I found). The ear piece is junky, the ear clip comes apart from the ear piece. It doesn't stay in your ear no matter what size rubber piece you use and ends up dangling on your earlobe. After only 3 months, the while unit created a horrible distorted sound in the phone line. I checked with different cables, different way jacks, and different phones. It was this cheap Vtech that was making the loud-cracking sound in the signal. I called Best Buy to help me get it repaired or exchanged, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, then they cut off the call. Thanks a bunch, Best Buy! I'm never buying from a this website again. Newegg is better.

When using the Bluetooth most people on other line can not hear me. The features otherwise are good.

There is always an echo in the background on this phone system . Also, the headset has a buzzing .

I like this phone because it's a Bluetooth. It automatically links my cell phone when I walk in the door. Visually it is attractive. And that's not take up much space. I recommend this product

Easy to setup. Connects every time. I don't have a landline, bought it for the Bluetooth option and was a good decision. We answer the phone no matter where our cell phones might be hiding

Vtech is a great phone and I really love this phone with the headset. It really makes it nice to have the hands free feature. You can hear very clear on the head set as well as the phones hand set.

I purchased this phone because I was running out of plan minutes on my cell phone due to increased conference calls when I work from home. I need a headset and didn't want to have to buy it separately. This phone serves it's purpose, but the ear piece on the Bluetooth can get slightly uncomfortable when being used for extended periods of time.

This phone system does everything expected, Voice quality is good. Operations are intuitive and straightforward. The only minus is that the bluetooth earpiece is difficult to adjust and connect. After a month of use, it doesn't seem to get any easier to get going properly. That said, once it is connected, it works quite well.

Works great with Bluetooth. You dont need a phone.

Needed a phone that would connect to Bluetooth and this was perfect. Love the fact that you can connect two cell phones via Bluetooth and also that it has two handsets.

All works well, easy to use and the price was right.

I needed a remote answering system and this is great. My only problem is that you have to wait a few seconds when setting up your greeting otherwise your message gets cut off. It makes it seem to the callers like someone picked up followed by dead silence for 3.5-4 seconds.
