Buyer beware will not work for the Magic Jack Go unit. I tried my older than dirt Motorola Dect 6.0 phone and that works well. It's going back today. Total Disappointment. And I mean Complete.

You are led to believe that you will receive two additional hand sets with charging stations along with the base station handset. I don't appreciate false advertisement.

It has a VERY cheap plastic clip that holds the ear piece onto the headset. In less than a year, it has broken on me 4 times and it is NOT a warranty issue (and believe me, I am SUPER careful with it but it just snaps off with the slightest of pressure). Then you have to pay $20 to get a new one. The best answer is to get the New VTech - DS6771-3 instead and save yourself the hassle. --- You've been warned.

It had all these extra features like Bluetooth ,synchronizing calls speaker phone answering machines everything to you think about. For nothing because not 1 of those things worked proper so annoying

The description says there is a base station ans machine and 2 cordless handsets and a headset. When I received the item it was missing a handset and after calling Best Buy they admitted the picture is wrong and the description is vague at best. Returning the product and first and only purchase with Best Buy. Was left on the phone on hold for 15 minutes.
