The system was easy and quick to set up. The handset works great and connecting a cell phone was very easy and convenient. I am not a fan of the headset because of the headband. Suggest future models provide some type of ear attachment in lieu of over the head metal band.

Phone setup was easy. I connected 2 cell phones in a few minutes. Caller ID and voice mail both work great. The speaker is OK, but good enough for occasional use. Headset is good; the best sound/volume quality are with the over-the-head attachment.

Disappointed in the volume of ringer. Not loud enough even at highest setting.

The only thing I found, was the picture on the website was misleading. It shows the base with a phone and 2 more extensions and the headset. When I got the phones, there were only the base and 1 extension phone and the headset. I called Best Buy Customer Service and they agreed it was misleading and sent me a gift card to purchase another extension phone. They made it right, which is all you can ask. I am satisfied.

This phone works great for my home office. no trouble setting up, works with my fax. The head set is nice and clear, I can walk through out the whole house. I do miss the key pad on the base but that is about it.

This phone has a lot of unexpected pluses that I really appreciate. To start with it has a storage capacity of 1000 phone numbers in its speed dial file. It has a small, ear phone that hangs off the ear, but is a little obnoxious, since it tends to fall off and is a bit of a chore to put on. The good news, however, is that the microphones and speakers in the handsets are so sensitive that you can put the handset down, walk a few feet away, and go about your business, while still continuing to talk. The person on the other end of the line can still hear me clearly and I can hear them, even when I have accidentally knocked the receiver to the floor; I find that the other party has not noticed any change in volume. It is a very handy feature to have until you can get that poorly designed earpiece on, or you can just continue your call with the handset on speaker mode, with it resting on a nearby table or counter. I like how I can store the phone number of anyone who called and save it with fewer problems than other phones I have had. In fact, the more I use this phone, the more I find to like about it.

It works really well and comes with a wireless headset, great for work! I also loved how easy it was to connect my cell phone thru Bluetooth in order to have my mobile calls ring through into the home phone.

Nice unit. Easy to add phones. Good range. Headset seems a bit fragile but time will tell. Earpiece is hard to get to fit right even with all of the pieces. Imports all cell phone directories. A bit pricey but got it on sale and the extra handsets.

It's a good phone for a landline and the headset is pretty cool, the battery life is long and it's easy to use.
