Liked it as a phone. The handsets are lightweight, comforting to talk. The wireless hands free that comes with the phone, which was precisely my reason to go for this, is not that suitable to use. The sound quality is nice, but the mounting on ear is not very efficient & comfortable.

I have purchased these phones twice because I like the overall function and sound quality. However the earpiece for hands free use is worthless as it breaks easily and falls out of my ear too much.

You cannot beat the price of this phone. I purchased it mainly for the wireless headset and after reading various reviews decided to go for it. My apartment does have thick walls and the ear piece does cut out when I leave the room where the base is located so that is annoying. In addition, the clip on the headset which holds the piece that goes behind your ear is somewhat flimsy so use caution but since I am the only one using it....it should be ok. On the other hand, if there are several other people using it the chance of breaking it greatly increases. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase and the store did price match.

This is a good looking, stylish, cordless home phone system. However, I have had several issues with the phone and it is partly the fault of the phone company (Cable) and the phone itself. Many times, the quality on the headset is so poor that the listener can't hear or understand me - anyone that wants to be hands free knows that this is a MAJOR flaw. I have run several checks and left myself test messages and have indeed noticed that this is an issue with call quality when using the headset. All in all, I don't regret the purchase, I just wish it worked better and more reliably.

Overall, the product works very good, just the handsfree headset does not have enough volume and sometimes it is hard to hear the other party.

The phone and ear piece is of good quality. I tried to use it with magic jack and phone was a little bit of overkill for cheap VOIP connection.

We really like the phone and its features, but the headset broke yesterday (less than a month after purchasing). We'll see if we can return it and try again with the same one.

I like the premise of the phone configuration but the hardware is flawed the small irreplaceable clip that holds the ear piece mount keeps breaking and I end up exchanging the phone every few months

Purchased this phone because of the wireless headsets. However, they are flimsy and difficult to keep on my head and ears. Phones themselves are fine. Good clarity, etc.

This phone is pretty good. Haven't really had any trouble with it. Use it mostly for the answering machine.

It has a few futures the I did not like For example to look a contact you have press a few times a bottom

When using the Bluetooth most people on other line can not hear me. The features otherwise are good.

There is always an echo in the background on this phone system . Also, the headset has a buzzing .

This product is great I would recommend to others.

Well priced. Easy plug in... easy enough to bluetooth connect but it didn't add much more value than continuing to use my cell phone. also no headset wired connect.

As far as phones go it works about the same. No problems setting up.

I like the idea of the headset and was the reason for buying the phone. However, I am older and the instructions were confusing. Need a place label CALL to know what to do when making a call out. Has clear communication when talking and several features that are nice.

Don't really know how to use the features yet. The voice screening feature isn't working. Will check the instructions to troubleshoot the problem.

Ability to sync cell phones is convenient and easy. Ear piece is not designed well. Hard to fit correctly to your ear.

The phone works great and we really enjoy the handsfree but wish it had another headset.
