While the phone itself is fine it's not compatible with iOS 10. What this means is you can easily pair the phone, place a cell call from the Vtech phone but you can not receive a call from the phone on Vtech. A call coming in is answered by the iPhone on its own. When contacting the company they stated they are aware of the issue and are working on it. However, the solution may involve replacing the phone. Since I got rid of packaging (assumed inability to answer a call was my problem) I have no choice but to wait for the company. To their credit they were responsive. In view of this issue can not recommend the phone to iPhone users.

I purchased my VTech-DS6771-3 Expandable phone with Digital Answering machine on 2/2/2022. VTech is a very good brand. So far I have had no problems with either phone and setting up the digital answering machine was pretty easy as well.

When you have to have a landline for the security system and you work from home, this cordless phone with Bluetooth headset is a nice choice for conference calls

I have needed an ear piece to talk on my phone at work. I didn't want an over the head unit and this has worked great for me. I would recommend this for anyone.

Nice land line set,,well balanced within the hand,,,audio clear, easy to set up. haven't had a need to check for battery replacement.i would recommend
