Got this phone set for the dedicated wireless headset that comes with it. I don't like the earbud piece, so I am using the over the ears device which needs to position "just right" to have it charged. It seems like the phone was designed for the more commonly used ear piece. Second issue is that it does not initiate a phone with the headset on too easily. Too much of a delay from pressing send to knowing you have connected with the call. Also, the hang up swtich on the headset does not always work so the call is still active when I thought I hung with the headset. I need to go to phone handset and hit end to be certain I have hung up the call. It should be easier than that.

Love the handset! Phone works great. It holds a charge.

We have no land line. Great solution. There are areas in our house where our cell phones don't work. Now we can leave phones where they work and use cordless phones any where in the house

Was looking for a phone with blue tooth and this one held up to what it is suppose to do.

works good for using at our home. the headset is nice for hands free

The sound is good but the headset has very little range. I used the Cel hookup and didn't like it snd now can't figure out how to turn it off.

I needed a simple phone that also had a wireless headset option. There are not a lot of options out there. In fact, this was the only option on the shelf at Best Buy. That being said, it works great and is a good value. I am pleased.

Great product however it was more than what I needed. It was all that was available in-store for the amount I wanted to pay.

I needed a headset and this is a great package deal, but I couldnt get the headset to pair with the base. I'm not the most technically gifted person, so it could be me.

I have an office, in which most of the time I'm alone ... been able to join in one aparatus the celphone and landline is awsome - either for your office or your house... Also, this telephone has given me the liberty to walk all over without been tied to either my cel phone nor my landline and been worried about missing calls ... I have already recomended it to my friends ...

This cordless phone system works well. I only wish it was possible to connect more than one Bluetooth device at a time, but the ability to connect Vtech headsets/earpieces provides the hand free capability.
