The ear piece is perfect and the Bluetooth connection for the cell phone is great. At home I can use that phone unit for my incoming calls for my landline and cell phone use. Thumbs up

Bluetooth earpiece (Voyager Legend UC) paired easily enough, but phone audio does not play through it. The included headset has terrible audio quality, buzzing and crackling unless I mute the handset. The included instruction sheet goes into excruciating detail about useless features like Connect To Cell, but anything more is basically "do the needful." This is my first landline phone since November 2011, bought it for my permanent WFH role rather than continue burning up my cell plan, I fought with it all day and I'm ready to throw it at the wall. It's unreliable, unintuitive, and just plain terrible.

A really neat feature is the fact that you can sync your mobile phone and home landline. A feature that we have not yet used considering we don't really use the home phone, but a good option.

But it feels very cheaply made and is a real bear to turn on and off. I got this set for the freedom of the headphone that came with it and am a bit disappointed in the quality of it. The phones work well though.
