Had to pair it multiple times. I was dropping calls just using my cell phone so I was hoping after I pared it with my cell phone it would have corrected the problem. I still drop calls occasionally.

Like the blue tooth

Also, I like the many options for # of rings before the answering system answers, different kinds of rings, even connection to your cell phone. However, I do miss having a selection of "tunes" for rings and these tunes aren't as fancy. But, it still gets my attention.
