I'm not great with electronics so I might have done something incorrectly.

The phone works great but the headset is not worth using. It's too heavy with just the ear clip but you can't store it snugly with the over-the-head clip.

The Bluetooth can be tricky though. It is loud and clear. However you cannot just keep the Bluetooth on while using your phone for extended times. Every call you make you need to transfer from the phone to the Bluetooth. When I am speaking to dozens of people in one sitting it can be very frustrating to switch it every call. It also 'times out' very quickly for a house phone so I have learned to dial the number quickly or it actually is a hassle to end the attempted call. If I would have known this I would have just bought a cheap phone for a fraction of the cost or maybe looked into a better phone that I could use the Bluetooth with that was much easier to use.
