got it because of bluetooth. we do not use not. phon quality is good but i did not needed.

The phone works fine, however the headset battery goes dead after every call and starts beeping.

Never completely set up and would have liked to return for a refund.

Good phone, However, it was not exactly what I needed.

Good options easy to use and clear except when you use the ear Bluetooth sometimes there is static if you move.

I like the wireless headset. But using connected cell phones via Bluetooth is confusing.

I bought this for my office, I really need the headset to work and cannot make it work. Even tried chatting with the vendor as it recommended in the instructions, no success. I don't recommend if you want to use the headset.

The dialing buttons have a lag as to when you push them to when you hear a tone. Often when you press the buttons, they do not work. I am not happy with the phone but it was the only one with a headset I could find.

Screen is very dim. Very hard to see. Some static on phone.

Echo sound and hard to set up. Directions are not good.

Headset not comfortable using the ear pieces or band.

Call quality is awful and the headset beeps constantly. The headset will die without warning. I am returning tomorrow before I am stuck with this!! Tried to make it work for a bit but it just gets worse by the day

Cell connect works fine. I have some bad displays in handsets. Trying to figure out ear piece. Overall 2 stars. Wondering who the Quality Control, or lack of. If you want me happy send me to new handsets!

Phone works fine but not with iPhones with latest iOS. As a result I needed to return the phone system. Initial call to tech support indicated they were working on issue. Second call didn't support the claim they were working on a fix.

I purchased this phone in April 2020 and it stopped working correctly in August 2020. People described hearing my voice intermittently or not at all, on all the headsets. I contacted the cable company to verify it was the telephone and not the line. I looked at the account information and it says No Longer Returnable as of June 2020. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the product protection plan nor did I expect the phone to stop working within 4 months especially for the price paid. I am not happy.
