    Love this setup as it has music, sleep machine with lullabys and nature sounds, as well as a built in night light. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the UI for the app has issues. Sometimes i cant turn the chimes off my phone when camera is in use which is problemstic ehen im working and she is home using the canera fir baby.

    My wife and I purchased to keep an eye out on our 2 year old daughter while she slept in her room. We love this! Pretty clear picture for the cost as well! Audio is clear as well. We can recommend this camera to anybody looking for a webcam without breaking the bank.

    It works OK when it's functioning. It disconnects too often, even when in close range. The beeping sound of disconnect haunts my dreams. Unit functions for the most part, but the disconnecting is annoying

    Easy to set up, clear video, able to connect to phone and view through there. Only downside it stopped working after 2 months of use and only turned on about 10 times total in that time frame.

    I have used this in the past and they have made some significant picture quality changes in my opinion. The battery life has also improved. We love this product!

    Awesome. Great picture on the dedicated screen unit. App is easy to install and works flawlessly. Like it better than our nanit which frequently freezes and loses wifi. Thas has had no issues with wifi at all.

    We use the baby monitor to watch my mother in law at night so we feel she's safe always it's perfect for us to hear her when she wakes up for any reason we love the monitor!

    Amazing product. Love the picture quality and the fact the screen on the monitor doesn’t turn off. The audio quality is also amazing on it as well.

    Camera works fine most the time but the monitor screen only connects half the time. The screen that comes with the monitor won’t work but at the same time you can still stream it through the app on your phone. I got this monitor because it’s supposed to be able to connect directly without wifi but that feature it essentially useless. It’s grainy and freezes up when it’s setup on direct connect even when the monitor and screen are in the same room. Don’t ignore bad reviews like I did. Get something else.

    Piece of junk

    I bought this monitor less than 3 months ago (to replace an older model VTech monitor that stopped charging) and for a while I really liked it. Seemed to have fewer connection issues and worked better with the app. All of a sudden it won't stay connected no matter what I do. I could pretty much copy and paste the other one star review but I've done everything I can to try and get it to stay connected and it won't. Nothing has changed concerning my WiFi, router, location from camera, but it won't stay connected for more than a few minutes. It won't even stay on long enough to hook up to the router to try the thing a VTech person suggested on that other comment where I leave it for 4-6 hours to update the firmware. Calling during the business hours is really difficult with my work schedule so now I also have a $100 paperweight but it's too late to return to Best Buy. What a piece of junk.

    Good purchase with this product, alittle glitchy with getting synched up with cam and hand held screen just takes some patience. Works well over internet connection out of home as well to your cell device.

    Battery doesn’t last long

    I got this monitor to replace smaller Vtech that we had, which was really good, but screen was small and bad. Decided to upgrade and honestly, it’s not worth it. Everything works fine, but the battery doesn’t last that long. If you are keeping it on your nightstand, then you need to keep it plugged in because it will run out of battery. I had different brand before this one, screen was same size and all, and battery lasted a long time. I don’t know why Vtech couldn’t figure out to make it last longer. I’m thinking about returning and probably will.

    Clear picture. Able to see the baby in the dark room. Connects well to monitor and phone. Good price (on sale). Have only had it for a month - but so far so good!
