Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Monitor disconnects from camera ALL DAY LONG and sometimes you can’t connect it back unless you restart the connection process with the camera and you can’t do that if the babies are in there sleeping cause you’ll wake them. It’s not our wifi because we stream stuff on tv all day and everything else works fine except for the monitor. It disconnects the most during night time when I need it most and everything else is turned off. That’s when it should have the best connection and it doesn’t. Oh and the return period is only 2 weeks which we passed so we’re stuck with this garbage

Pros: low cost, connection dependability, ability to be on phone AND monitor. Cons: poor picture quality, poor sound quality on camera, length of time to power up monitor. I've used many security monitors working as a nanny, and we couldn't use the one I wanted for my kid due to phone line restrictions. This one isn't my favorite by any means, but does the job.

My mother-in-law does not have Wi-Fi or internet at her house!! So this did not work for us but I did go back to Best Buy to get the next one down & it worked great!!

It works perfect and way better than our last one. The screen is clear to see and you can rotate the camera.
