Poor connection

The actual monitor kept me up more than my baby did with its constant disconnection sound. It connect for a couple of minutes and then disconnect. I checked all devices using my WiFi and had them disconnected just for the sake of checking to see if that was causing the problem. The camera still disconnected. I placed a WiFi extender in the babies room and it also disconnected. Horrible horrible device!!!

The cause of the monitor/camera lost-link can be related to the interference from other devices in the environment. You may already aware that many electronic products can cause interference with your monitor. Try installing your camera as far away from these electronic devices as possible. This system does not do it so I had to return it after 1 use
