One evening I came home from work and was holding the baby in my room. I look over and there is a baby in the crib on camera. After nearly heaving a heart attack I realized the camera had frozen on him in the middle of the night and never unfroze. I would not recommend this product even for the price. Spend a little more for a WORKING product. It was a waste of $86

Not worth it, better options

I have reset them, I have perfect signal for WiFi.. no reason for it to not work all of a sudden. I’m 4 days outside my return period so Best Buy won’t take it back either. Do not buy

Camera unit will turn on, then both leds light up and the unit clicks and turns back off. It will not work at all. Support is a joke and their website has no useful information at all about this.

Breaks in less then a week of use.

So you can't see anything but sound still there. Unfortunately i purchased in advance for prep, and had a late term with hospital care. So outside of the "3 month" warranty they offer.

Had lots of problems
