This is my first graphic tablet and it takes some extra effort to get use to but provides a great way for entry level users to expand their creativity.

Won’t Work with Mac

So, I really needed this device to work and I was excited to use it. The issue is that Mac security settings prevents it from working properly. Once installed, a security pop-up with instructions to resolve the issue fails to actually fix the issue. This device is not useable with the latest MacOS as a result. There was no work around I found to fix the and the support website was long and confusing. Wacom does say that due to Apple’s security it may prevent it from working. Well, Wacom shouldn’t you work with Apple so security for your product doesn’t raise red flags? On the positive side, the product looks sturdy and well made. The pen also felt good in the hand and seems like it would work well if it could be installed properly. I really wish there was an easy fix, so I could keep this device. Lastly, the one star only represents that it failed to work in this circumstance and does not reflect the overall product and service if it did actually install and work properly.

Got the mid-level system. The big problem was waiting for a link from the device company as its NOT a plug and play. Worth the money yes, but took to long to get it set up and working due to the missing link.

I got the wrong advice and wanted this to fill in the blanks on a work PDF. It may be a great thing but no one at Apple or BB could tell me-they said to buy it and try it and then I returned it.

maybe I have a defective product, not sure but when using Bluetooth there’s a noticeable lag. it works fine and minute you move the pen the lagging starts. once you plug it in it works like the way it’s suppose to. I’ve always had the corded ones and work without issues.

If you use photoshop this thing is a must. I use this as my mouse all the time now. Bought this to try out using a pen and will never go back.

I found this tablet to be too coarse and imprecise for writing. There does not appear to be much instruction on how to use it. Also they try to sell a variety of add-on software.
A mouse actually produced better hand writing. Since you can see the writing on the tablet itself, you must look to the srceen of your computer making it awkward--sort of like writing blind. The pen is thick and clumsy and wriites very largeclumsy and left stray marks. I suspect that their most expensive tablet would work better.

I did not enjoy it. I couldn’t figure out the placement to do what I needed or how to work the buttons to save presets. I ended up returning it after a few days.
