Having difficulty

I can not figure out how to download the software. There is no manual. I will be returning this item. My receipt says not returnable. I bought it August 12. My email says not returnable as of SEPTEMBER 5th. Why? That is not even 30 days. Please provide some support. Entering the stores let alone returning items is crazy. I am hopeful that you will accept my return request.

Great tablet for an art student!

Get the replacement plan

We bought the replacement plan so all we pay is to buy the new replacement plan but I'm not even sure that's a good deal. We've had to get ut replaced twice since we purchased in 2020
