Didn’t connect to any device

The tablet did not connect to the PC. After talking to WACOM Fanny times they suggested I visit BestBuy. After talking to Geek Squat they exchanged my WACOM tablet. After the exchange the issue continued. We returned the tablet. Very disappointed, we had WACOm tables before, this one did not work at all!
