Nice pen and tab. Worth the price that was paid for.

I bought it for photo editing and returned it. Did what it said but after attempting to use on over 100 images I was better with the mouse. Someone with more patients and artistic ability would probably enjoy it. Just not for me.

I'm 90% sure my dislike of this product stems from my own ignorance, confusion and irritation (in that order). I thought it would mimic drawing on a tablet, like an ipad or galaxy tab or anything electronic. No. Ignorance! I now believe when they call this one a tablet they mean it as in paper.... Or stone. Set it up with my laptop and apparently moving 1 inch on Ye old stone tablet equals 7.2 miles on the laptop screen. Since the laptop screen is 11 inches, this is unfortunate and leads to irritation which quickly turned into anger, follwed by cramming it back into the box and forgetting about it until it was too late to return it. Yay.

More addordable options with better sensitivity are xp-pen tablets

I found this tablet extremely difficult to set up. Wacom has just about the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. There were to be three trial versions of software. Turns out one was not compatible with my computer (does not give that info on the box or website), one I had to contact repeatedly for help and the third is located out of the US, has no phone contact number and was completely useless via email. I returned the Wacom. Buyer beware.

This was a solid tablet and worked fine. We ended up with a Huion Tablet, however, which my daughter likes a lot. One of the big benefits of the Huion to us is the dial. Still, this is a good tablet for many needs.

I am able to use Photoshop that I had on my computer to work with this tablet. The pen is very responsive and works as if I am actually drawing with it. I like that you do not need batteries for the pen also. For a beginner, like myself, there is quite a learning curve with controlling the pen. Once I get the free software that came with it and learn to control the pen, I will be drawing better than I could EVER do with my mouse. Love that the pen easily slides into a place at the top so that I never have to look for it or possibly lose it. The small size makes it ideal for those of us on the go. I can just slide it into my laptop bag for portability. I was not able to register the product. Because of this I have not been able to download the free software that comes with it. I contacted support about this issue and got a quick response within 24 hours and they are working on the problem for me.

Order arrived late; it is not plug and play. It requires admin authorization just to use start up instructions. Since it arrived late I have to wait for that authorization. In frustration I decided it’s not worthwhile to have this item.
