Just purchased this product and will be returning it tomorrow. It's clunky and I would get better results using a chisel and stone, Not even good enough. Although connecting it was easy. Overall extremely disappointing

The look and feel of this tablet is great and the pen is lightweight and comfortable. Upon setting it up you do have to register first to download the software. The upside is you get several choices so you can chose the software that will fit close to your needs. The downside is the registration process is a pain and does take a few minutes to complete. The software choices are great for basic drawing and editing so that part is great and I’d recommend it for anyone getting into photo editing or drawing. For the tablet itself it’s awesome, it’s light, thin, and portable! The pen itself doesn’t need batteries and is super light as a result so as not to fatigue your hand while using it. The Bluetooth capability makes it easy to pair up with a laptop so you can draw on the go and have the accuracy you need for a good drawing! In addition the shortcut buttons on the tablet are great too and allow you to customize it so you can quickly switch drawing tools or modes. The only thing to consider is the size and features (like I wish this pen had an erasure feature that other do have). In all I’d recommend this tablet because of the software included and the feel/functionality of it.

It's nice to have and easy to use. Downside is there are 3 programs to choose from and you only get to pick 2. I think it would be better to just offer the 3. You can set up the pen how you want which is nice and easy. I prefer to press the pen to the tablet, and then press a button to left click or start to draw etc. However, one of the programs I selected, this does not work. I would think it would as its a software they offer. I also notice that if the pen is not on the tablet and I press the button, it will only put a dot down but not draw. Have to put the pen on the tablet then press the button for it to draw. You can keep the pen on the tablet, release the button, move pen and re press the button. softwares that I did select seem pretty good so far. Basic and easy to use. I am a basic person. I was not paying attention and so I chose 2 and could not pick the 3rd. Had I known you could only get 2 I would probably have picked the 2 that did not have a subscription with them. One was a 24 month subscription. The 2 I got where also similar programs and both meant for drawing. Where as one of the programs you could pick seemed to be a photo editor type. over all though, I like it. I would probably prefer the bigger tablet. I think its something that will take time to get used to. You also can adjust sensitivity so when you are drawing, when you press down it will act like pressing down with a pencil. So pressing harder will make it darker etc.

It's taken me quite a bit of a learning curve to use this draw tablet. Once getting used to it though it is very easy to use and coordinate with. First, registration and initial setup definitely needs improving and is not very streamlined. Easy enough downloading the initial files for the program install but after that, besides some settings options almost everything is not accessable from within the software. Almost everything in the software is a redirect to the company website like signing up, registering the device, downloading the bundled software, tutorials, and other stuff as well. Should be easy enough to put it all inside the program. It gives you 3 options for bundled software to use but only lets you download 2 of them on a single operating system. Clip Studio pro has only a 2 year licence. Coral Aftershot 3 and Painter Essntials 6 are the other 2 main software programs, and are very cool to work with. The pen comes with 3 extra tips which are in inside the pen when you unscrew the back off but I have yet to figure out what to do with them or how to change them. The functionality of the pen and pad are fluid and track nicely. This product is great if you didn't have a touchscreen computer or 2 in 1. Along with the software bundled it is a nice edition to the desktop. Just needs work on streamlining the software better.

Wanted to use this as an alternative to flipchart paper when doing remote work but found the relationship between the pad and the app on the computer to be uneven - and the pen with all of its functions, difficult to control. Have found Miro a better option - expected more from Wacom!

The Wacom - Intuos Bluetooth Creative Pen Tablet is a great tool for any creative mind. It is so easy to use, and the size makes for a really light and portable. One of the great features for this tablet is the fact that the "pen" does not utilize batteries, so there is no need to worry about that. Its size makes for easy storing and less clutter around your work space. The initial setup is very easy. Download the software from the Wacom website, and you're practically up and running in no time. You also have programmable keys on the tablet. I have truly enjoyed using this tablet. I would highly recommend the Wacom - Intuos Bluetooth Creative Pen Tablet to anyone.

As a photographer I have a need for a tablet like the Wacom and boy does it rock. I love the look, I love the feel, I love the size, I love the weight (or lack of it). I love that it connects via USB or Bluetooth. My photo workstation doesn't have Bluetooth so the USB was a must. The tablet is very light and a perfect size to hold. It tucks into spots on my desk very nicely. I got the tablet primarily for my photo work but I also found that it works great for annotating screen shots. Wacom also solved the issue of where to put your pen when it's not in use by slipping it in a little holder built in the tablet. Another little nice touch has to do with multiple monitors. By default the tablet will span both monitors. Using their setup app, you can restrict it to your primary monitor if you desire. Very happy. Now, I'm off to go take some pictures!

This tablet has never been used once I’ve tried countless times to connect to Bluetooth (it won’t even find it). I installed the driver from Wacoms website after searching for the right one because the link included in the box is not a valid web address. Even after having the proper driver and everything configured in the settings I still have been unable to get this tablet to work at all.

As an owner of a Surface Pro, I know full well how hard it is to draw or write with a stylus on an ultra slick, glass surface. You really have to have fine tuned control of the stylus. Wacom seems to have fixed this problem by making the surface a little rough. The result is more of a pencil to paper feel which is music to an artists touch, lol. The downside of this is that the pen nib wears down which isn’t usually an issue on a glass screen. The tablet works seamlessly in all respects. It turns on and connects with ease. The software and drivers downloaded and installed with no problem. All in all, this tablet is a winner.

One of the worst things I have ever bought. Package said you get free software and when I got it out for my son there was no software. Called the number on the box and got the run around. This is something I will never buy again no customer support for product just read from a book of answers. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I'm not a professional artist. I take photos and occasionally like to touch them up or edit them. My laptop (Acer Nitro) is great but doesn't have a touchscreen and editing with the mouse is hard. This is why I got the Wacom tablet. In the box. Tablet, pen/stylus, USB cable and leaflet. Setup was easy(ish). I had no problem connecting via USB or pairing via bluetooth. In fact a HUGE benefit of this tablet is it is bluetooth (and no there is no lag when using bluetooth to draw). The slow part of the installation is to redeem the free software you get (choose 2 of 3 across Corel Painter, Aftershot or UM Paint Pro - I picked the first 2) you need to download Wacom's software, register on the website, go back to the app, launch a browser window, download, copy codes, etc. It's not a great user experience but it DOES work and you only need to do this once. Using the Wacom and stylus is brilliant and life changing. I wish I had this years ago. There are 4 buttons on the tablet you can set as shortcut keys for whatever software you are using. Touch pressure sensitivity works perfectly. Seriously, I don't know why I didn't buy this years ago.
