    Nothing but problems with Wacom

Beware Mac users. Express keys do not work on Mojave. And it's a frustrating, time-consuming experience trying to get help from customer support. Simple answers are not provided. Wacom needs to create a new driver/firmware to correct this problem. Apple released Mojave on September 24, 2018. Why is Wacom delaying the fix for the Intuos? Also, before buying this Intuos Small, I purchased the Intuos Pro Small and returned it after the CD rejected driver installation because it said it would not work on software prior to 10.6 and my operating systems are 10.12 on MacBook and 10.14 on iMac. Also, the small Pro has a battery while the medium and large models do not. So, given the battery and message from CD rom, Wacom is selling 5-year old models to unsuspecting customers who believe they’re buying new technology. Why would Wacom upgrade medium and large, but not small? I believe I know why. Do you?

Great Tablet for anyone but MacBook Users

This Tablet works great but unfortunately it is not recommended to be used with adapters. My MacBook doesn't have USB ports and whenever I try to plug in my tablet to the adapter the pen never connects and the application starts not responding till I have to force quit. Every time want to use the pen and tablet correctly I must uninstall the software then reinstall, then repeat the process over again next time I want to use the tablet

    Did not work at all

My wife bought this tablet for use with her Samsung Galaxy Book S running Windows 10. The driver software from Wacom installs, but never sees the tablet, whether it is connected via USB or Bluetooth. Found troubleshooting instructions online which told me to stop/start the service in Windows, but that did not work. Taking this back. If you have a Samsung Galaxy Book S and want a tablet for drawing, DO NOT BUY THIS.

    Nightmare to start up!!

We purchased this for our 11 y/o daughter for fun. Trying to sync the tablet with our PC was a nightmare!! I had to go out of safe mode to download the App. We were finally - but we don't know how - able to get her to draw in pencil only. We have to take it to a friend to figure out what's going on with why we can't find colors, etc. If you purchase this product, be prepared to bang your head against the wall for a while.
