I bought it and I returned one day later. Is imposible to write or draw with this gadget unless you have time for learn to draw and write again. If you want something for draw in your computer (like Apple Pencil in IPad ) don’t buy this.

I hate this tablet. 80%of the time I have to troubleshoot how to get it reconnected, or how to fix the driver, or how to get Wacom software to even recognize that the product is even connected when connected via USB. I'm back on Best Buy again to research which exact product I have to see if I can downgrade the driver and see if I can get it to work on my Mac Book once again!

Wacom has a reputation for making the best pen/tablet units on the market, and I don't doubt that to be well-earned and correct. But the method of operation is so different from anything I've ever used, I could never get accustomed to it. I was constantly trying to get is to do what I thought was proper technique, but was not so on the unit. And I finally got frustrated with it and returned it after about a week of willing but futile efforts. I wish it would have worked out for me as its strengths indicate it would have solved some problems I need solutions for, but it was just not possible.

Bought this for my 12 year old who is excited for art and drawing and we were both completely disappointed in all aspects of it. Besides a small folded hardware set up guide, there are absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS! Upon setup, it requires you to register the device but doesn’t explain that you need to create an account. Finally past that, began to download the advertised FREE SOFTWARE INCLUDED and come to find out 3 of the 4 programs are only 90 limited trial use and then requires you pay MORE money to continue to use it. NOWHERE on the box or any description of this product does it state limited trial use. Needless to say, we returned it within days.

The Wacom Intuos is the most frustrating piece of hardware I have ever worked with. Despite spending time adjusting parameters and options it never worked consistently or correctly with any of the software I tried it with including the bundled offerings, they are mostly about putting ads in front of you more than getting work done. So I returned it.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, who is tech-savvy. She has spent many hours trying to make this work. The set up requires a lengthy process of downloading apps to make functional. Weeks after her birthday, it's still not functional. This is not a good product.

I am not satisfied with this product. It is not functioning well and sometimes really not working at all. Pen is not writing well when used, sometimes there are cut offs of the letters or symbols but sometimes when pen is lifted up there are markings, scratches shown though not in use. I am too busy, the reason I don’t have time to return it. I bought it brand new but I’m sad it is not giving me what I expected considering the cost.

MacBook? Just say no to this product

Installing the driver caused my new MacbookPro 13" to fail to boot. I had to get into partition recovery to get my Macbook back. I was lucky to get the drivers to work (after much wrangling) and then the next reboot, the drivers would never load. I gave it a good two hours of troubleshooting and re-installing drivers (after ensuring that my Macbook was backed up). No go. Expensive Drawing tablet with horrible software drivers. Not worth the $, frustration and possible loss of data.

I could not use this overpriced flimsy tablet because I tried to install the drivers on two different computers and it still didn't work. It's a USB device how hard could it be? One computer had Windows 10 and my new desktop has Windows 11. I could not get it to work. I ended up buying a gaming mouse that would fits my needs a lot better

Obviously many satisfied customers here, I envy them. What bothered me about it was that the three suites of software all require separate sign up and registration, though they are "free" -- i.e. included in price. You need to include your serial number. If you think you're going to find that on your box, guess again. Not a number that will be accepted anyhow. Some of the registration software blocks your progress and tries to get you to sign up for driver update software for your desktop/laptop at $10 a month. This is the last thing you need when you are struggling to get the thing operational. Bottom line is I found it extremely difficult to get it operational and impossible to get the software to work. It does work, after a fashion, with windows ink workspace. Since I see many people here very happy with it I can only consider my own deficiencies. But really. I built the computer I'm typing on and installed everything on it, I'm not THAT stupid. But apparently stupid enough not to like this hardware software. They could make it easier. They could make a system that boots up plugs in and offers basic serviceability with or without all the separately registered products.

    No support from Wacom

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Beware Mac users. Express keys do not work on Mojave. And it's a frustrating, time-consuming experience trying to get help from customer support. Simple answers are not provided. Wacom needs to create a new driver/firmware to correct this problem. Apple released Mojave on September 24, 2018. Why is Wacom delaying the fix for the Intuos? Also, before buying this Intuos Small, I purchased the Intuos Pro Small and returned it after the CD rejected driver installation because it said it would not work on software prior to 10.6 and my operating systems are 10.12 on MacBook and 10.14 on iMac. Also, the small Pro has a battery while the medium and large models do not. So, given the battery and message from CD rom, Wacom is selling 5-year old models to unsuspecting customers who believe they’re buying new technology. Why would Wacom upgrade medium and large, but not small? I believe I know why. Do you?
