This product has nice adjustable settings that one can customize what they need for different projects... takes a little adjustment to coordinate the location of the pen and screen on the computer

Is a good device, I don’t know for what reason when I’m working wireless it loses the connection, so most of the time I have to be connected.

It stopped working after 30 days. Every time I touch the tablet with the pen point it will hold the click for a few seconds. Not accurate. Keeps freezing up. It sucks. I like the pen and the surface of the tablet.. My 99$ intuos tablet works a lot better. Should of returned it when I had the chance :(

I had extremely high hopes for this touch tablet but I was almost immediately entirely disappointed. I figured that the differences between this model and the model just beneath it would be vast, and would be nothing but improvements. I was decidedly wrong! Pay close attention to the dimensions of the actual useable surface. The product is made to give off the assumption that the writeable surface is exponentially bigger, but it is merely centimeters longer or wider than that of their previous model. For the price-tag that went along with the disappointing "added features" of the "better model" I should have returned it.

Had an intous3 for years worked great and hated to upgrade but it was time. This tablet does NOT function as it should, not sure if its windows 10 or a Wacom issue but id love to return it! Emailed Wacom tech support, took a week for a reply. they had me try different drivers with no success. I replied to every email sent to me and then no reply, then I get an email (in the same thread with my replies!) that since I didn't reply they were closing my case. I used to rave about Wacom, now I will warn any professional to stay away from their support and their products!!

Superb Tablet Experience, Possible Driver Issues

This is really my first graphic pen & tablet as my prior digital artwork has been with a mouse (my niche artwork was very tiny and pixelated). I decided to start expanding my horizon and venture out to different types of digital art and I knew you NEED a graphic tablet to really do that. I bought the Intuos Pro Small after a lot of research. I went with the small to be economical, but I'm glad that's the size I went with because the work space is perfect for me. The driver software is easy to install, and playing with the settings is particularly intuitive. I love that you can set nearly everything to do a certain task/keystroke/action. For instance, there are settings for 1 finger touch, 2 finger, 3, 4 and 5! I don't really find there to be a big problem with the USB plug into the tablet, especially since the battery holds such a long charge that I very rarely have to plug it in to charge it. If you are going to keep it plugged in most of the time, I would recommend doing what an Amazon reviewer suggested (using cut off pieces of the spongy parts that come in the packaging to snugly wedge the cord there), just to be safe. Another thing I read a lot about is how fast the nibs wear down. I've been using this tablet daily for about a month and I don't notice any wear on the nib at all. If it's there, it's minimal. Granted, I have a light hand, and set the pressure sensitivity to a softer touch. I can't grasp how hard some must have to press to wear down the nibs as fast as they claim. Yes, the tablet surface has a paper feel to it that I love, which I find much more pleasing than the super smooth glass-like surface I've tested before. So, this would be a 5 star review, but I had deduct a star for a huge problem I had. NOTE: I AM USING WINDOWS 8.1 When the tablet first started up, and right after a PC restart, the tablet performed wonderfully, but after attempting to resume use after a tablet power down, the tablet would not function. No touch and the pen only worked like a mouse (no pressure sensitivity/angle). I went through three phone calls with Wacom technical support through which I was guided to reinstall the driver, reinstall it with my antivirus turned off, and reinstall it in Safe Mode. All of these resulted in the same problem. On the fourth call I was told it had to be a software incompatibility issue on my side, or that my recently upgraded Windows (8 to 8.1) was faulty, and the only thing they could tell me to do was to reinstall Windows 8.1, and then one by one reinstall programs to see which it was that interfered with the tablet. What a fun time. Long story short, my beloved Stardock Object Desktop software suite, which includes Start8 (it forces Windows 8 to behave like 7), was the problem. How I wish Wacom support would have known of that conflict because it would have saved me two days of painfully reinstalling everything. Even the Stardock software that has nothing to do with affecting Windows 8 conflicts with the tablet, and I mean just by having it installed, not running. SO, I removed all of that software, downloaded the free Classic Shell software (it also gives you back the Start button/menu like earlier versions of Windows) and so far it seems the tablet is still working and there's no conflict there. I'm still bummed about losing that extensive software suite, but it's worth it to have the Wacom tablet.

I love this tablet. It is very customizable. It's very smooth, responsive, easy to set up and learn. I've been using it to draw in Illustrator and it's been excellent. I'm moving to Photoshop soon for painting.

Best Portable Art Tablet - Photoshop +

The small pro tablet has virtually the same capabilities as the medium and large including zoom features. I bought the small because it is about the same size as my 13" MacBook Pro and works wirelessly to do my artwork anywhere I go. I have owned Wacom tablets for more than 12 years and they just keep on working; I have never had any problems with any of them. Just keep updating the drivers when needed. Tablet works well with all versions of Photoshop and other applications. I suggest getting an extra battery for working with the tablet portably if you don't have an AC power plug because wireless tablet power will run out before MacBook Pro power. The tablet however will work if the battery runs out by plugging it into the USB computer port. The stylus that comes with tablet is adequate but there are other pens available with extra capabilities.

This tablet is the best you can buy because it's equally great for beginners and professionals. It doesn't take long to learn how to use and it's very durable.

After an hour of playing around with it you'll get used to it. It's really fun and satisfying to be able to do digital art easier now. Zoom feature works great for photo editing or really small details in drawing. Small screen size works just fine for me.

    Poor product, poor support. Beware!

Beware Mac users. Express keys do not work on Mojave. And it's a frustrating, time-consuming experience trying to get help from customer support. Simple answers are not provided. Wacom needs to create a new driver/firmware to correct this problem. Apple released Mojave on September 24, 2018. Why is Wacom delaying the fix for the Intuos? Also, before buying this Intuos Small, I purchased the Intuos Pro Small and returned it after the CD rejected driver installation because it said it would not work on software prior to 10.6 and my operating systems are 10.12 on MacBook and 10.14 on iMac. Also, the small Pro has a battery while the medium and large models do not. So, given the battery and message from CD rom, Wacom is selling 5-year old models to unsuspecting customers who believe they’re buying new technology. Why would Wacom upgrade medium and large, but not small? I believe I know why. Do you?
