    When I received the product, the usb charging cable did not work. I emailed the company sent in some information and they sent me the cable. worked on charging my phone.

    Compact like a cell phone, fits well on my motorcycle. Already had to use it and it jumped the mc right away.

    Now this device works perfectly for up to specification it is rated for which is Up to no larger an engine than V6. Read Best Buy description for details. It is easy to charge as well. I routinely charge mine once a month to be sure it is ready for operation. You probably don’t have to charge it that often but that is my choice.

    Nice little unit. There's a bit of a learning curve and I would prefer longer cables. Go to their website and download the manual much easier to read on a large LED monitor. Other than that gets the job done and that's what counts.

    Bought this for my self but eventually gave it to a coworker whose vehicle had trouble starting. Out of the box, this small gadget got the car started. Great. looking to buy another for myself.

    This thing was terrible. I tried to use it and out of the box it overheated. It kept going to an "error" mode. It never actually did work to jump start my car. I liked it because of the small size. But it doesn't get the job done.
