    The item was damaged when I took it out of the package which was disheartening. I bought it for my granddaughters to use when they came to visit. I wish I would have opened it up when I received it, since the return policy expired the day before. I contacted the manufacturer also, and they could not send me a new part either.

    We love the tent and often camped indoors. However after the 5th or 6th use one of the rubber bands snapped that holds the poles together and thank goodness did not happen during a real camp out in the middle of nowhere. I have repaired it yet and so it is sitting in our garage.

    Looks fine after delivery. Have yet to set it up but it looks simple and could be sturdy. We shall see!
