The movie itself wasn't bad. But there certainly was flaws. Casting 5'8 joaqin pheonix for Johnny cash who was 6'2 was questionable. The music was good and the role of June was performed well. Good film could've been better

My wife and I really like this movie. We have always liked Johnny Cash and my wife loves anything with Reese Witherspoon. We especially love that the actors are actually singing in this movie that was pretty cool

This was a good movie based on real people. I’m not sure how much was true but it was entertaining.

the cover of the DVD caught my attention and I purchased it. Didn't know it was the life story of Johnny Cash.

Although the storyline and acting are very good, sound quality is very bad: often the sound was so low I couldn't understand what the characters were saying even on highest possible scale for sound of 100. Then I had to lower it to 35 because of its deafening loudness. So instead of enjoying the movie I held the remote trying to adjust the sound back and forth.

Phoenix and Witherspoon are great in this movie. Plus about Johnny Cash can't beat that.

Not my cup of tea bought to watch w my wifel not my favorite in this genre.
