Recording errors - soft animation discussion, loud

The animators could not be heard and in raising the volume to hear them the music was loud, and then the cartoon started it BOOMED, so we had to quickly turn it down. The whole DVD did it....I have already written Buesa Vista Home Entertainment about this issue!
