This series started out really good and just kept getting better. If you enjoyed the previous two movies in the series then you will definitely enjoy this one.

This is a good sequel for the planet apes movies, im glad i bought it. I actually watched it in the theater and bought the dvd again once they were out in store

Love this movie. Also comes with a digital copy. Only complaint is that Best Buy didn't have a steelbook version like it did for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

I have always been a fan of the Planet of the Apes. I was looking for a sequel of the one with Mark Walberg. But I am enjoying this movie. Great Special effects.

I bought this product on Black Friday for about $7.99, I believe. It comes with a Blu-ray, DVD, and downloadable digital copy for my iTunes account. I love it.

I've watched all 3 of these recent Planet of the Apes movies (as well as all of the older efforts), and it seems to me that all 3 have been mistitled. The first movie's plot surrounds the creation of the first super intelligent ape; it seems to me that film should be the "Dawn" of the series, not the "Rise." The second movie tells the beginning of the tale in the fight for supremacy on earth; perhaps that should be the "Rise" and not the "Dawn?" And lastly is the "War," with (in my opinion) very little action for a war movie. Great character development and storyline, but, again, a very misleading title. 3/3 on decent movies and great effects, but 0/3 on titles.

I am still reluctant to stream movies I really liked. This is one of them, a great movie that worth watching with all the grat sound and picture quality of BD.

Picture quality is amazing. 4K movies like this continue to look better and better. The HDR colors look fantastic and the movie moves right along. Great flick!

You rarely see a blockbuster film with a script as good as its visual effects. Probably the best of this trilogy and a great conclusion to the Cesar films.

We loved this movie! It was very well directed with perfect lighting and the right amount of CGI, which was flawless! We could watch this over and over again!

I really enjoy the new version of Planet of the Apes movies. I really like the story line from these movies and enjoy watching them over and over.

while watching this movie, you forget that you are watching digitally created apes. The acting and effects are amazing. It's funny cheering against humanity

I thought it was a bit confusing as the war had nothing to do with the apes, but more about a mad man that wanted a war with everything on the planet. The apes only became a part because the madman captured them to make them slaves.

I have the whole collection, i just needed this movie. It is terrific, i love the performances, the story, the acting, etc. Highly recommended...

man has been weakened 10 yrs earlier by a terrible virus theres a battle for dominance between the apes and man caesar versus the colonel great battle scenes

Excellent movie and finale to the series. As usual, the acting, special effects, and cinematography were top notch.

Once again Matt Reeves kills it with this movie. Excellent directing, writing, cinematography all around. Mo Cap King Andy Sirkus is the best of the best.

Good continuation of series. I got the HDR version which was good but this movie do not have a lot of color. I think the standard 4k would be just as good.

This movie puts so much new ideas to the ape story and a different direction of the apes can and will change the world of man.

War of the Planets was an excellent end to an amazing trilogy. This movie as well as the others made me care even morw about Caesar and his family of apes.
