Love this movie but very disappointed in how it arrived. The back of the steelbook was dented in and the disk was loose in the case

This item is listed as a SteelBook. It is in fact the subpar "MetalPak" format. I was thoroughly displeased that I had to drive my mail order to the local Best Buy to return it. Items should be listed correctly on the website. SteelBooks are awesome, MetalPaks suck!

This isn't a steelbook! Its actually a metal pack which has hinges unlike a steelbook. I was pretty disappointed when it arrived.

It did come fast but it was all dented up. In really bad shape. Im highly mad & disappointed

Honestly it looks exactly like the blu Ray I have LOL I see no difference whatsoever. I have a oled tv and a Panasonic dp820 with cost 500 bucks. And this 4K looks exactly like my blu Ray copy Dolby atmos meh nothing impressive. I say they just made me waste 25 bucks for something I already had LOL I feel stupid

You guys should ship steelbook movies in a little box with bubble wrap or whatever to protect the steelbook, that way it doesn't get trashed on the way to your customers. Mine was bent and split up the middle. Only a quarter of it was intact still.

Great movie, but don’t have it shipped. The whole point in ordering this was for the steel book. It was packaged in a soft envelope and, by the time it got to me, the steel book was dented.

I am a big fan of this movie but what you are selling here is not a STEELBOOK Best Buy it's a METALPAK. And please stop packinging these in bubble or card board sleeves. They will most likely get damaged like my two last steelbook orders.

Received "The War of the Worlds" [Steelbook] which badly bent. Poorly packaged. Had to return for refund.

Why ship your limited steelbooks in a bubble mailer? Will you ever learn? Thanks for the smashed steelbook...

Arrived damaged with several dents on case. Had to return it and couldnt get another cooy.

Does not look good 4K. Blu ray version is better and has better functions

Decent movie, the 4K disk didn't work in my 4K drive though.

The son was a jerk. The daughter was the whole center of the movie. Tom Cruise was a pushover.

Not sure if only my disc was bad or if all 4K discs are authored this way. Returning it.

I purchase this thinking it was a steelbook cause thats what it said it wasnt a steelbook plus no digital code
