OK movie with great CGI good for fans of the games

it was a average movie. but i will recommend it....

The plot of this movie is majorly lacking. We scored this movie for $6 after Thanksgiving and I regret spending that much. This is coming from someone who has never played the game. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the special effects was nice.

Picture quality is great; but the story... What there is... Is not good. Characters were not very interesting. Glad I bought it for cheap.

Never could find sympathy for the characters. Seems as if the actors did this only for a paycheck. A pitiful attempt to make more money from an MMORPG that has already made millions for the developers.

It was not very good and hard to follow. The effects were to computer/cartoon sim and not enough real action in my opinion. I would say rental is ok but not a collectible.. Too late!

I was fairly disappointed with this movie. Action and special effects were awesome but storyline ducked big time. Decent acting. Not a fan of the video game but the movie was ok.

The whole time I'm watching I wondered why everyone looked so clean and well kempt. The lighting is also off. It appears soft when this movie is about warriors and wizards.

The only association with the game is the fact that you have Orcs and Humans, that's it. Even the battle sequences are ho-hum. You're better of playing the actual game.

Some movies shouldn't be made. I enjoyed playing D&D or Warcraft role play games as a kid. But making a movie from them thats a different story.

I may not be a huge fan of the game but even if it does have the look of the source material it doesn’t seem worth the watch.

As a family of 3D enthusiasts we were disappointed with this movie. Even worse, as World of Warcraft players we still found the story line hard to follow.

The plot and execution of this of this movie left a lot to be desired. As the movie unfolds, there is way to much "special" language some even without subtitles. The special effects are decent, but not impressive and the way they decided to end both major parts (stopping the guardian and end battle) felt more of a cop out rather than fully thought out. They end with an opening to make a sequel, but with the way this movie played out I will not be buying it.

Got it only because it was on sale, almost as cheap as renting it. Good CGI - that's about it. Perhaps a true Warcraft fan will appreciate it better.

To many characters not enough back story or development for you to really know what was going on let alone care. This should have been 2 or 3 movies.

It was nice to kick back and watch something a bit different. Like most types of movies or music, you have to be in the mood for it.

The movie was alright, the graphics was nice but that was the only plus on the movie. Its just wasnt well written and I expected more.
