Bought this for my boyfriend who is a huge world of Warcraft fan. Honestly I don't know much about warcraft or world of Warcraft but if a huge fan like him loved it I'm sure anyone would. It was a great movie

I enjoyed this movie. Story was entertaining. Despite many negative reviews, this film had a workable plot and the CGI was believable. If you are a fan of the World of Warcraft universe, you will enjoy it.

I don't know how the game version of Warcraft works but the movie version turned out great. And the way the movie ended makes me excited that there may be sequel. Definitely a good addition to my collection.

I was really looking forward to seeing this movie based on the previews but after viewing it on blu ray I was disappointed. I had trouble following the storyline and who the characters were. There were several things that happened in the movie that I never did figure out. The ending was one of them. This could have been a great movie if the storyline could be understood and followed and if there was better character development. That all said, the special effects were excellent and there was lots of action. However, this is not even close to the quality of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Heavy on CGI mixed with live people, this original video game made for film was well done. The blu-ray 2d is a 5 out of 5 plus the 3D is rated a 5 also. Highly recommended if you are in this sort of thing.

I can't complain about this film. As a WOW player who could care less about lore I thought it was fine, and as a movie fan I thought it was fine. Nothing super special as a film but definitely entertaining.

Maybe if you're hugely steeped in all things Warcraft this would be a good movie, but for me, it was a confusing mess of seemingly random names. It was nice that the orcs weren't mindless bad guys but that's about it. It was hard to really care about any of the characters. On the video front, it looks gorgeous in Ultra HD, especially the greens of the Fel magic but there were times when I think the ultra clarity worked against it, making the CGI backdrops really stand out. I don't have a high end home theater system but I have no doubt it sounds pretty awesome in surround sound.

Got it to see what the difference is from my dvd copy and I'm not sure it would be worth the extra cost had it not been on sale. But good movie otherwise

Although I am not familiar with Warcraft, having never played the game(s), I found this to be a surprisingly good film and was thoroughly entertained. Excellent picture quality and 3-D! Highly recommended.

i am a 3d fan and i wouldnt watch or buy a movie made in 2d of course unless i liked it alot...this movie was worth it. 3d movies are expensive you just have to wait for the prices to go down sometimes...

Not knowing much about the game, this movie was entertaining and fun to watch. The characters were developed well and story was put together nicely from the perspective of a non-Warcraft player. I could not tell the creatures were cgi or other compared to actually persons. Looking forward to part II!

As a Warcraft fan and purest, there were many nuances that irked me but overall did not ruin the film. Do not let bad press ruin this film. Definitely a fun movie and worth a watch.

The movie was great. It is a very visually entertaining film. Even if your not a Warcraft fan its a good time. All in all I though it was funny that the CGI characters acting out shined the real people.

Not being a fan or unknown to the warcraft world, I really enjoyed the movie. Lots of action. I'm assuming there will be a sequel, looking forward to seeing that one to. overall a very entertaining movie.

I guess if you are a gamer you may get more of of this movie. The 4K Blu-ray had very good picture quality. I didn't find the movie terrible. I did find it to be a bit of a rip off of Lord of the Rings

This movie has great special effects and will push your home theater to the max with awesome fight scenes and a pretty good story line I recommend you watch this especially if you like Lord of the Rings

The movie was good not great but you can tell that the buildup is for the next one in the series...hopefully. It lacks some depth but again it was enjoyable. The 4K HD was awesome and looked great.

So I'm not a WOW fan or player, but I do like good fantasy stories and this is awesome. Ben Foster does a great job, Ragnar from Vikings does an awesome job and Preacher all make this movie great. If you liked 300 you will love this movie. 4K is awesome and I now have become a fan of the franchise.

It was an OK movie if you're into Warcraft if you're not into World of Warcraft I don't think you'll like it that much but it still does have that fantasy feel so if you love fantasy you will love this

I waited for this movie to come out for like a decade. I was sure that it was going to disappoint me, but I was very, very wrong. It's AMAZING. I've watched it several times, and I generally do not rewatch movies anymore. Watch it. Buy it. Give Activision incentive to want to make a second movie.
