Coffee pot broke in less than 90 days.bad product.

Bought this on a deal of the day and it seems to be a quality coffee maker. Box says 3 years for warranty but an insert in the manual says one. The maker itself is easy to fill and add coffee. Similar quality to the 14 cup Cuisinart.

I have owned almost every coffee maker there is. This is the only one that has ever had a carafe that doesn't spill all over the counter when filling the reservoir or drip hot coffee when filling your mug. Makes excellent coffee, easy to clean and has a nice style and finish. Would recommend this to everyone.

Purchased on Best Buy's daily deal for $30.00. Very satisfied with this coffee maker as I had one in the past that lasted for years.

The coffee maker was the best I've ever owned while it lasted. Unfortunately, less than a year old, it stopped pumping water and heating, i.e. it doesn’t make coffee. Upside is that the clock still works, so I’ve got a $100 digital clock.

As an avid coffee drinker, I finally decided to go all out and buy a good coffee maker. My 19.99 plastic Mr. Coffee lasted 1-1/2 years longer than this one. Very disappointed and can't find any information on how to claim the manufacturer warranty.

I have only had this coffee pot for a few months. As I was walking out of the house to drop the kids off at school this morning I smelled and heard weird cracking noises. I went back to investigate and THE COFFEE POT CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!!! If you would like to keep your home do not buy this coffee pot! I wouldn’t even give this product one star but I had to choose something.

Set up the unit for coffee this morning . . . and nothing happened. The water didn't go through the heating element; nothing came out over the coffee grounds . . . zero. The unit is only 7 months old, used twice a day.
